At Earnima, your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data. By using Earnima, you agree to the terms described here.

When you use Earnima, we may collect the following:

• Account Information: Name, email address, username, and password.
• Optional Profile Data: Profile picture, bio, and other information you choose to share.
• Activity Data: Posts, comments, tasks completed, stories read, and engagement metrics.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, and approximate location.
• Cookies & Tracking: We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience and measure engagement.
• Payment Information, if applicable: Billing details, payout preferences, and transaction history, processed securely by third-party providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

Authenticated Product Analytics

When configured, we use PostHog for always-on product analytics after a member signs in. This processing excludes anonymous visitors and administrators. We identify activity with an internal account identifier and measure authenticated page views, sessions, device type, browser, operating system, membership plan, and country-level location inferred by the analytics provider. We do not include names, email addresses, wallet destinations, referral codes, task proof contents, or raw IP addresses in analytics event properties.

We also keep short-lived live-presence records so administrators can understand how many members are currently online. Device identifiers are irreversibly HMAC-hashed before storage, per-tab records expire after 24 hours, and reporting is deduplicated by member and device.

Notifications may use a first-party redirect to measure sending, delivery, and the first click for each delivery channel. These links contain campaign attribution parameters but do not expose your email address, name, or other recipient details.

4. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your account data.
• Opt out of marketing emails or notifications.
• Manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Earnima is not directed to children under 13, or 16 in some regions. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it.
